Brief: Migration

Salt & Vinegar? is a publication that tells the story of Italian migration to Ireland at the start
of the last century and how the Irish-Italia chip shop anomaly came to be. Ireland is the only country in the world with Italian-run chip shops and they have become a cornerstone in Irish society. This book celebrates the rich history and culture of the Irish-Italian community in Ireland.
