Synthesize_Her_ is a collaborative experience and workshop exploring noise making technology presented and facilitated by engineer and DJ, Viva Dean. It includes a historical overview of the role of women and gender minorities in sound production by DJ and producer, Kate Butler.
    The challenge was to create an exciting, energetic identity for Synthesize_Her_ that had a technical, digital feel to it. The client wanted the design to emulate the technical composition of modular synths, while also maintaining a soft, feminine appearance. As modular synths are constructed from various parts, I used a combination of 3D and 2D design to create an abstract image for the brand. The outcomes include a digital poster, an animation an event banner, and a press release formatted for both print and digital.
